I removed both iCue and Logitech G hub from auto startup. I found that iCue resets my mouse settings when manualing starting it. ugh. Use icue just for my keyboard...
I think I've resolved it now, deleted and re-created a new icue profile, seems better now? Sorry for posting in wrong section, initially thought it was a windows updated !
Hello all ! I just switched today to Windows 11,im liking it so far but when looking in event viewer I see a same error I got on windows 10 aswell. The log seems clean besides this one error that I also had on windows 10. Ive only really played Destiny 2 so far,but it played smooth,no stutter or hitching or any stall and no hard fps drops or anything neither. So im not sure if i can safely ignore this or should try to fix it. Mobo: Msi tomahawk b450 CPU: 5600x ryzen GPU:970gtx ( I know, shut up ! ) Im using the latest drivers for everything. Mobo driver version is "amd_chipset_software_6.01.25.342" -------------------------------------------------------------------- Event ID 86 , CertificateServiceClient-CertEnroll " De initialisatie van de SCEP-certificaatinschrijving voor Lokaal systeem via https://AMD-KeyId-907d65e9b562315997dd5ad086b2b7598957b92c.microsoftaik.azure.net/templates/Aik/scep is mislukt: GetCACaps GetCACaps: Not Found {"Message":"The authority \"amd-keyid-907d65e9b562315997dd5ad086b2b7598957b92c.microsoftaik.azure.net\" does not exist."} HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found Date: Fri, 09 Feb 2024 18:40:36 GMT Content-Length: 121 Content-Type: application/json; charset=utf-8 X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff Strict-Transport-Security: max-age=31536000;includeSubDomains x-ms-request-id: cc824ef9-c9fd-4aa6-93c1-14d79e4895e3 Methode: GET(313ms) Fase: GetCACaps Niet gevonden (404). 0x80190194 (-2145844844 HTTP_E_STATUS_NOT_FOUND)" ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Is this some issue I can ignore, related to AMD drivers maybe,or does someone have a fix perhaps or more information about why this is happening ?
No,I used CCleaner on windows 10 but im gonna stop using it and only use the Windows cleaner. CCleaner did not fix this issue on windows 10 btw. Neither did Privazer. I still think these tools although great, might delete things you shouldn't be deleting.
I stopped using CCleaner a while ago, I think I read some things about deletions but can't remember why I stopped exactly, inow use Revo Uninstaler which I think is a great bit of free software.
I still use CCleaner to this day, it simply used to clean um temp files and browser cache and other custom folder i have marked for clean up upon startup though. I stop using it "registry cleaner" long long time ago
it never do anything for me it never fixed issue I had only thing it fixed was my OCD need to remove registry entries for program i no longer have my pc or well made it easier. I know people never let CCleaner live it down when there release got hacked and had malware put into it. Like said I use simple to clean out tempfiles, browser data/cache and custom folder upon boot out of convenience nothing more i dont even remember last time i updated it. it alot easier for me to do 15min reinstalled/clean install of windows and point windows to my data drive be up and running, then tracking down causes of issues these days. lucky i have not had to do reinstall/"feature updated" of windows 10 since the last one which back around 21h?
Makes sense I suppose. I don't use it much myself, only once in a while. Best tip would be to uninstall once cleaning has been completed.
It nothing more then legacy product i still use cause i have not found better way or bother to find another way to do what it doing for me on startup. I was told by I think @mbk1969 I could make bat file to do for me too, but i never bothered
Recently Upgraded from a fresh clean Win10 install to Windows 11. Enabled fTPM before the update. Got offered the upgrade. Although I've already disabled fTPM again and have been able to do what the gaming rig is intended for, is there something I might be breaking or missing that Windows needs to function normally or is fTPM only intended if I'm using things like Facial Recognition and things that keys need to be securely stored? Should I keep fTPM enabled? Thanks for your time
I don't know if AMD has addressed the latency with fTPM access by now, causing system lag and hitching. I gave up on fTPM and decided to invest $16 on an Asus TPM 2.0 module, which works just fine and solved the latency issues.
Does your Win11 system work properly if you remove the hardware module? Does it stutter with it in? Thanks
