Now and again, and far from every time, it just doesn't wake. Full lock, no response, and I have to hit reset. Where do I begin troubleshooting this? Been happening in different ways for the best part of 4 years. On completely different PCs. All I have in reliability history is that Windows was not shut down properly? Thanks.
