@The Silver why do you ask if the texture is still being worked on? Do you have any suggestions for any changes?

 

Because it looks weird and it's still pretty evident that the texture doesn't belong to that model. I don't have the texture myself so I can't really give you detailed suggestions (rework the lips for sure though), but from the images you provided it definetly needs some work.
Especially if you meant to make it look like the old E3 face, because for now it just looks different than the vanilla Aiden and it still have very relevant differences to the old E3 face, mostly ears and chin (which requires editing the 3d model) and the lips (which could be improved by editing the texture I hope).

The lips have a weird normal map, I'll smooth it out to make it "E3-like"

 

I agree with puredorian, I've already explained my hopinion here.

Probably smoothing the specular will help with what I think you wanna do, anyway yes the lips will surely benefit of some photoshop love.
Now since you're talking about the normal map I think that editing the normal map is exactly what would help to highlight the philtrum and the philtral columns, so they would look more pronounced like in the E3 reference, while at the moment they look almost nonexistent in your imitation.
The other noticeable head features like the ears and chin would surely need some model editing, so I think you couldn't do anything about them anyway.

Fixed the normals, and added a philtrum, need to make the upper lip less receded.

 

i dont understand that much in modding but why from far camera aiden's beard and mustache look like weird dots?

 

The texture is high resolution, and since I'm using the Mashup mod; the sharpening is high.

It all culminates into an aliases image.

 

Because of the sharpness level he put on his Reshade/SweetFX preset.

Quick question. Is there a way to bring back the shape of Aiden's cap from 2012 and such,
And the way his ears stood out?

what do you mean by the e3 cap? it looks the same and if you mean the logo crasher has already made it
