A friend of mine recently got a weird looking icon I personally never saw and don't know what it is related to.. It's an older HP laptop, model unknown.. Howering and/or clicking on it does nothing.. Appeared out of nowhere =D
Reminds me of when you install the Wireless adapters own connection software rather than letting Windows control it
that is what it look like to me, possible windows install the software for threw it automatic updates of drivers.
