I have FINALY found a workaround for stuttering. I have a 144hz monitor. Downloaded the nvidia inspector profile and set global profile to limit FPS to max 60...... and it's butter smooth now. Seems stuttering occurs with high FPS on a 144 hz monitor, but 60 fps constant is butter smooth. My other nvidia settings are vsync on (and gsync because i have gsync monitor) and pre-rendered frames handled by 3dapplication. This gives 100% butter smooth motion for me.
