Release Dates - PC Games

THQ delays:

Metro, COH 2 pushed back to March from Jan 2013.

Also the Obsidian-developed South Park: The Stick of Truth has been delayed a whole year, with its initial March 2013 release scrapped, and an early 2014 release scheduled.

Oh well, maybe well have a decent GPU that can max Metro when it finally get released.

After playing Far Cry 3 I wonder how many other games will be offered with the same user control format. That would be my initial filter for selecting a new title. Right now the only games I'm interested in are Bioshock 3 and Elite Dangerous. Maybe C&C. I played SC:WOL and although it was somewhat interesting, I guess I'm getting tired of the RTS approach to gaming with timers and tricks to get through to the end.

We need some fresh ideas for games and maybe a return to some military sims. I'd like to see a new company take a fresh shot at WW2 submarine simulation. That's always been a mainstay in my book. But as the years go by it seems simulations are just too much work for the young and restless.

Has anybody seen any info about South Park latest game? I know it got delayed, but cant seem to find any dates

Given the fact that it was a THQ game and Ubisoft have not long brought the IP and Obsidian have had lay off's recently I would be surprised if its out this year. The end of the year is filling up with titles pretty quickly now.
