NVIDIA's Windows driver version 358.70 (released 10-19-15)

I'm having "driver stopped responding" issues with these. Thinking about getting back to the 59's... Or waiting for the next.... Too lazy! LOL

 

You are a legend. Thank you for this, I really needed it for my Oculus Rift version 0.8. MUCH LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

guys, which whql driver do you recommend for kepler (gtx 650) gpu on windows 10 x64?

Why have they removed them? Could do with someone from NV letting us know if there's a major issue with them. Bit wary of using them atm.

 

I never tried these my self, but i read on a Swedish forum that these drivers had problems with some games while using g-sync. Apperently freeze lag while g sync was active.

 

On Youtube and on PotPlayer when starting to play videos and going into fullscreen there were some pauses with driver 355, they're gone with this driver.

- Guild Wars 2 4k (No Shadows) smooth
- Elder Scrolls Online 4k (max) smooth
- Final Fantasy XIV 1440p (max) smooth
- Hitman Absolution 4k (benchmark) Smooth

Haven't tested Witcher 3 yet.

Just went back to 358.59s and problem is gone... I'll wait for the next release...

I dont want another driver with G-sync problems, so tired of that now.

 

para mi que es el driver porque regresando a una version anterior no mas me salieron pantallas azules y ademas parece que NVIDIA ya se dio cuenta del error y han borrado este driver de su servidor

Relax, it's not the end of the world, maybe this user didn't read the Terms of Service or just expected everyone here to be fluent enough in Spanish to understand and reply to his/her posts... apart from that just wanted you to know qué tengas un buen día y un mejor fin de semana !

 

I love 358.59 hotfix. Should I try this one?

 

Is nnedi3 working with Nvidia cards yet?

It refused to work a few driver revisions back, I was wondering if it has been fixed, either at Madshi's or Nvidias end.

 

madshi uses the nv_d3d11_sharing extension for quite some time now, so there is no issue anymore.

 

If you get nnedi3 to work let me know how please.

 

Just use the latest madVR version and it will work.

 

Drivers seem better!

My rig seems to like these drivers and color settings are holding after restarts! I am getting less issues in most games compared to any other recent drivers with my EVGA FTW ACX 2.0 GTX960! I was getting so ill about the driver stops and desktop color settings going south after playing games or having to do restarts for gpu clock hangs until these SO FAR seem better! I was about to yank the 960 and go dig my GTX470 out of the closet before I installed these! But I am still not sure if my older cpu/mobo or new win 10 clean install was part of the issue or heck maybe Precision x16! I still am nowhere near EVGA/Nvidia's OC max product specs in Precision x16 which is 1500/4000 clocks with this particular GPU without hang ups! I am at 1400 base, 1463 boost and 7200 memory with +12mv and if I try higher usually driver stops responding or clocks hang at 530 until restart!
