There's one more Z490 leak to mention, the LGA1200 based MSI MEG Z490 GODLIKE found its way to the web as well. The flagship Comet Lake motherboard looks pretty alright. ... MSI MEG Z490 GODLIKE flagship motherboard leaks as well
Only looking at the excerpt on the front page, I was going to write a joke here about the mobo needing to support PCIe 4.0, despite the CPU not supporting it, with a price like that, but then it turns out it might not even be a joke.
A VRM that can handle up to 1.4KW?? Really? Impressive! But where will you find those? Under kitchen hobs?
On other hand it is just 160 Euro more than the X570 then the Z490's price make sence... But i guess you can do almost the same with the around 400 Euro version.
These prices are crazy, but there should be cheaper alternatives with a slightly lesser chipset. Over 200 € for a motherboard is crazy to me, since you can maximally overclock any current Ryzen CPU with even something like MSI B450 Carbon. Crazy times.
