It's probably a Driver related problem since you reported that you did not experience this bug when using another driver. Therefore I updated the driver as an attempt to resolve the issue.

    Other Thoughts
If you do experience the bug with the latest 12.11 Modded Legacy Driver.
Try defaulting your current driver to the WDDM 1.2 driver.

Hmm, I will test the driver with different Timezones then I'll get back to you.
I did suspect the signature bug may due to the difference btw region but never suspected the Timezone....

Not sure, but I update the driver regularly as attempt to get it working for a majority of users while providing alternate options to enhance user experience.

I'm absolutely sure I did something wrong with the install, so I'll retrace my steps, if you'll bare with me (and ignore my complete ignorance on the matter):
    1. Uninstalled the legacy driver from my comp
    2. Used Display Driver Uninstaller
    3. Used aSimple Cleanup Utility and aSimple Driver Cleanup from the release on page 106
    4. And installed the release from page 106 (just setup)

I played some AC Brotherhood and saw a slightly increase in fps, but the game still remains unplayable for me (I don't understand why).
But in Batman Arkham Asylum, I get a Microsoft .NET Framework Error. Should I try to update it manually? And how do I use the legacy perfs, is there a guide?

    Edit: I think I haven't scaling option...:bang:

What settings are you running the game with?

    Other Thoughts
The Dx9 Switcher can be used in Two ways
The first involves running the preferred Performance Switcher
then using the Gpu Restarter to load the driver into the System.

The Second involves using the Perf Switcher then Launch your Preferred game while utilizing the current Performance Switcher for Apps that are not currently in use. Along with Utilizing the Previous Performance Switcher for apps that were already in use before the switch occurred.

So, are you saying there is no Image Adjustment Options when you open Catalyst Control Center and go to My VGA Display or My HDMI Display or my LCD Display?

You can Default Your Driver to the WDDM 1.1 Driver by Switching your current driver to the (Basic Display Adapter) then attempt to update your driver via device manager by selecting the option that says to search online.

    Other Thoughts
The WDDM 1.2 Driver is only available to Windows 8 Users
if you are using Windows 7 you will only be able to use the
    WDDM 1.1 Driver.

To install the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter, try following the steps below.
Step One = Go to Device Manager
Step Two = Right Click on your currently installed Display driver
    then choose the update option.
Step Three = Choose, Browse My Computer for driver Software.
Step Three = Choose, Let me pick from a List of device Drivers.
Step Four = Select, which driver you want to install.

You are better of using both cleaners then installing the driver. BTW, did you experience GSOD with the WDDM 1.1 Driver?

the only driver that I walked in this forum is that of 01/09/2013
    "ATI Catalyst 12.11 B11 HotFix 10 P6 V11 All Supported OS"
All others including the new posted does not work! I have the problem
ever, the driver is not digitally signed for Windows 8.1 x64 strange thing is
that I mention above is old and is installed correctly. -

Previously "antdes45" stated he pushed the date back to a month and manage to bypass the signature bug. Now he is able to install all drivers. Try pushing the date back to one month then re-install the driver.

I'm not sure if I asked you this but, what language does your computer use?

My computer is on English (United States) and System Locale Romanian (Romania)

And now about latest "ATI Catalyst 12.11 B11 HotFix 10 P6 V11.10.6.7.7 All Supported OS"
Now I got the signature error :( I have installed over the WDDM (1.1) and without but same error. Changed my computer date with 1 month back, still the same problem. I was ready to switch back to previous version when I remembered of that app that required to press 7 before system boot and I used it and then the driver installed successfully.

Made tests with Flash Hardware Accelaration ON:

    Chrome:

    Default plugin:

Normal 1080p video - Working perfectly
UltraHD 4K (with Flash) - Working perfectly

    Manually installed plugin:

Normal 1080p video - Working perfectly but only in Full Screen
UltraHD 4K (with Flash) - Blue Screen

    Firefox:

Normal 1080p video - Working perfectly
UltraHD 4K (only Flash) - Blue Screen.

AMD literally abandoned the older video cards and left us with an incomplete software.

Dellon132 is doing an amazing work in keeping it up to date and functional.

    AMD never again.

By the way Dellon132, tried to install the V11.10.6.7.7, got the signature error and PC froze once again when installing the Catalyst control center.
