Cf working on Rage here but the opengl makes it run like a slideshow, drop the opengl driver from preview 3 (6.14.10.299) into the rage folder and it runs sublime.

    Huge props to op.

Rage runs with horribly low framerate on my 6990 with this 8.92 driver. The CF is useless in this case. The old 11.10 preview driver have a better framerate.

Yep same problem, I think AMD just mash the keyboard when they code drivers these days - then upload them to file sharing sites without testing them once, cross their fingers and close their eyes and hope for the best

does NOT work, old ogl file kicks it back into single gpu.

strange how they dont even mention these recent releases on twitter, im really wondering whos leaking the packages and why.

BTW they promised a working xfire driver for last week.

I think the bf3 beta strategy worked quiet well, releasing the beta forced amd to quickly develop xfire drivers, so we can atleast be sure there is something working at the release date and not wait for weeks and weeks again.

Rage actualy does work, my bad, it was running on my second screen while this one was off.., but it runs slower, but this are keepers for me by now, because they dont break OpenGL on 3D and 2D apps, for rage i just place the Atiogl files from 11.10 3 on rage folder, its the only game that benefits from them anyway.

It could be the case that AMD has enabled support for BF3 only, just like Nvidia did for Civilization V before the full support was implemented...
The gains in Civilization were huge

Framerate is much worse on my single card as well. I don't like these drivers at all.

Then people who currently play Rage best stick to 11.10 prew2 or prew3 drivers or install these and put the .dll into the rage folder from the older ones Thank you for letting me know.

This "CF fix" Ror rage feels just as cheap as the CF support for Call of Juarez; The Cartel. It only worked on DX9 mode and stutterred madly. While both, DX9 and DX11 mode played smooth with CF disabled. Sigh...
I hope Dead Island dont suffer from the same problem (since its the same engine).

And same developer. And why do you care about CF for these games? Just one 6970 can max these games with EyeFinity...

These alphas/betas obviously aren't meant to be complete fixes to Rage, that's what the 11.10 pre's are for. The fixes in the pre's will merge with 8.91 & 8.92 at a later date.

On every browser I throw at it, it makes you wait, then recycles back to the first page without ever letting you download.

    Depositfiles is BS.

I downloaded these drivers from DepositFiles at around 200KB/s, so I think the problem might be at your end...

Btw this set gave me texture corruption in BF2 and also bad flickering in Deus Ex: The Missing Link.
