Hi,

Recently purchased 2 GTX 470 cards, noticed that in the release notes, the 480 and 460 models are specifically mentioned, does this mean that the other 400 series cards do not get these fixes?

 

Those are really good ! Stability and perfomance seems to be better. But still i looked over the SLI profiles and ... they even have *.exe whit wrong names (so NO SLI)

If someone need better sli support for:

Just Cause 2
Mafia 2
Lost Planet 2

Does someone tried the ycbcr444 option with that driver? I'm almost sure it is still broken...
In vista x64, I have problems with that since version 259.39 (259.32 works fine)

I got a 10fps increase in Far Cry 2 and a 500 points increase in 3D Mark 06 by moving from 258.xx to 260.63 beta on my GTX470 even though it wasn't mentioned in the release notes.

Being a similar architecture I would expect these results to be apparent across most Fermi cards if not all.

 

Hi, I would have thought the same, just thought it was odd that specific chips were mentioned, not the 400 series, althought the 460 is a different chip to the 480.

 

Weird, when i search on the beta driver section for Windows 7 x64, english drivers it gives me this:

There is a sli profile in it for Call of duty Black ops and Medal of Honor 2010
So that is good.
