I finally found the culprit. D3DGear is conflicting with msi afterburner osd. Finally, everything is working good now with 364.51 WHQL.

So will the future nvidia drivers will include Vulcan Api drivers as well?

reference design is suitable for running sli or more while if single gpu better use non-reference.

Maxwell users I think have the highest level of DX12 feature levels so far announced if i'm not mistaken. Anything lower than maxwell barely gets any features from it. On AMD's side however anything newer than GCN1.0 gets every feature except 1 or 2.

Must be one of the new shaders, game runs and exits fine here with custom textures and the old reshade version + ENB.

Are you using a controller? Seems that a recent Windows update screwed up the way Windows interacts with controllers in GTA V. If I have my XB1 controller on when I start the game then I can't use the keyboard at all, plus I get massive framerate drops and stuttering. If I wait until the game is loaded before turning on my controller, then the game runs silky smooth and the keyboard works fine.

I think you're right.I've played 3 times since and it has'nt happened again.Probably as I set it up just before running the game initially was the cause.I'll restart the system from now on, after running Reshade Assist just to be safe.Works beautifully.Redux looks Amazing!

Afterburner is working fine for me, no OSD issues at all. Using version 4.2.0.7826. It doesn't work with DX12 (ROTR) though.

Happy to report that my afterburner is working again. Turns out the d3dgear software is the one causing issues and I remember installing it right after updating to 364.51 WHQL. Everything works ok now and I feel BF4 plays a bit smoother compairing to previous WHQL.

I solved my Nvidia driver multiple issues: I sold my GTX 660 and reverted back to the Intel integrated GPU in my 2500K.

I'm so fedup with all this recurring bull**** that I'm done with serious 3D gaming. I guess online-only games (little or no offline campaign anymore), micro transactions, games chopped in 3 parts and now called "DLC", free to play that is everything-but-free, Windows 10 only DX12 etc, etc, etc... have all contributed to my insufferable disgust level. The entire gaming industry is gangrenous and cancerous beyond belief.

Now using an NES emulator to play Super Mario bros and re-installed Angry birds. No blue screen, no crash, so stuttering, no lag, no DDU, no reboot in safe mode, no Reg Edit, no more system restore, no corrupted files due to BSOD, no more endlessly crawling on forums to find solutions; it just work. And I'm $100 richer + have much more time for myself instead of being in forever debug mode...

It was fun while it lasted, no regrets, but it was definitively time for me to turn the page before going completely crazy. When games become a tedious task, they are not fun anymore and that's 100% the whole point of gaming: FUN.

For the rest of you guys, good luck, you gona need it.

This is how it is for NV's cards for me for the last ten years.
Don't blame your system issues on IHV's drivers.
