Hi Ray, 8.10 catalyst have a new and simplified setting for adaptive anti-aliasing, only performance or quality. Change you that in ATT? Thanks.

I want only to tell u that the new game, Brothers in arm, doesn't start with ATT but only with CC and 8.10 driver. Could u verify this comportament?

My System is: Vista 32bit Ultimate SP1
HD4870 512Mb 8.10

Already wrote about it a few months ago. This is not new for 8.10. ATI just set another option to 0 so it will not be used. In ATT however you can stil use it. Dunno will it work or not

I don't have this game. If this game have stupid Microsoft Games for Live - I can do nothing

I've been using ATT since i got my old r9200, and this program grows every time better!

I noticed that the italian translation isn't updated for long time, so if you want I will start to make a new one.

If anyone else is already working on it, please let me know and I will fully support him/her.

 

Hey ray, the icon restore doesn't works over here with the latest build, I'm using Vista 32bit.
Also, there's this strange bug that whenever I restart my PC all the automatic depended on temperature values for the temp/fan speed goes back to default that come with when you install fresh ATT.

 

has the Display Menu/option been removed ? I don't seem to have it anymore

 

I Borrow it from a friend to make review and speed testing and have no issues with ATT

I have it on my ATT, just enough to put hide_display=0 in atitray.ini. In the last unicode beta does this method work?

 

Yes. It was not removed from code. Just hidden by default.

I have no problem, but 2 persons have this problem when they launch the 3D Renderer / Bench of ATT :

 

Thats because they have problem with OpenGL. Can you read error message?
I think they must do clean reinstall of Catalyst.
I hope they doesn't use some kind of thirdparty OpenGL drivers instead of original ATI's one.

 

I dont think is an OpenGL matter. I think is a Vista UAC issue. I have the same problem launching ATT Render:



And when i go in OSD setting, i get the following error:



If i close ATT and and then launch it as administrator (right click > run as administrator) everything works well.
Of course my Vista account is and administrator account, but ATT startup launch does not seem to have administrator's priviledges. Once i start my system i have to close ATT and start it again by right click > run as administrator to have all options working.

It must be OpenGL. Just read that error on native language. If ATT unable to find Shader support in current OpenGL it will show such error.

 

Why does this error disappear if i launch ATT as administrator?
