    I think I remember them making white boards in the past.

    Made me remember DFI Lanparty... ugh.. wonder what happened to that company.

    DFI still exists , but they only make industrial boards, the consumer division was axed about ~12-14 years ago

    I think the one I had looked like the lower right board, except it was ATI chipset, not Nvidia chipset... the board wouldn't turn off and I needed to replace it with a different brand xD

    Dude for real, to turn it off the power cord needed to be removed from the power supply, one of the most bizarre bugs I've had with a motherboard over the years.
     
  10. Lol yeah that is weird.

    Never had a DFI mobo or even seen one don't think they sold them over here.
    I always had boringly reliable Asus mobos at the time, and mostly since, lols.

    Had a couple of ASRock ones too and now a Gigabyte one which worked and work well.
    I may have said before I wouldn't buy another ASRock one but that was due to the stability problems which turned out to be bad memory in the end.

    Wouldn't mind trying a Sapphire mobo either.
