Afterburner in game overclock inconsistancies

    GPU:
    RTX 3080 12gb
    When playing certain games, GPU is going inbetween 2d(stock) and 3d clocks (Afterburner), thus causing framrates to go up and down which slightly hinders gaming performance, stuttering, dipping into below 60fps and then going up and down again. Why is afterburner not giving games consistent overclock speeds?

    Learn some basic before making fundamentally wrong claims. Afterburner doesn't adjust the clocks dynamically. Driver does that. Closed.
