No. Login, it goes back to the old look. Logged out it then switches to the new-dark look. Right now I've kept vivaldi on the new dark look and firefox is using a userscript for dark theme until it is rolled out to my account.
Yet android is still bright white, thank God for theming, otherwise I wouldn't dare use my phone at night.

Doesn't sound like it's your account that it's not rolled out to, afaik it's available to all, have you disabled all theming stuff on FF and cleared cache/cookies (Tell FF to forget about YT)?
Usually not a fan of companies making huge changes to their sites, but I like this new Youtube layout. Also like the left sidebar can be scrolled now
I tried ctrl+f5 to force refresh it and disabled greasemonkey but I'll try clearing it all out. Could be a cookie thing. Still not working Even tried IE11 and Vivaldi, same results.
