2 TTesports Challenger Pro been through 3 of them in under 2 years.
3 Powercolor 6850 hot as hell and would crash if you moved the memory clock.
4 Nvidia 8600GT overheated a fair lot and the system it was in had it die 2 times.

#1 - 4870x2 - RMA'd once and many many driver problems. horrible experience.
#2 - Silentmaxx case - I thought it was a good idea to buy a noise dampening case with my 8800GTX SLI. because of that i could almost bake a egg on the side panel because the heat wasnt getting out at all. ended up gaming with the side panel open.
#3 - Brackets to connect HD via USB to a pc. I think i must have bought 4 or 5 since the print would burn out eventually.
#4 - Razor Boomslang - Razor's first 2000dpi mouse at the time. a gaming mouse. unfortunately it was horrible to control. software was acting like mouse acceleration was on all the time and it stuttered.
#5 - OCZ 1000 watt PSU - it had no rear outlet, so all the heat stayed inside the case. just a horrible design.

Haha lol #2 White. :D I got the same question coming up, Define R4 vs Corsair 300R. Getting a 2nd 7950 (probably..).. they blow out air through the sides, so the 300R has 2x sidepanel windows right there just next to the graphics cards.. so it would be ideal, the 7950s would be exhausting air outta those 2 windows.

Otherwise.. the Define R4 has 1x window.. it's a bit smaller.. + you need to remove the cover behind it first. With this case I know it'd have less cooling but the R4 is pretty much a superior case in everything, a much better buy in terms of everything. But.. the 300R would give me a cooler case as.. those 7950s would have a way of exhausting the hot air out. Otherwise with the R4 it will pretty much gather up in the case. Or maybe just using 1x exhaust there on the sidepanel will work.. I think maybe I'll do that .. I'm not sure.. Anyways sorry to go off topic a bit.

I don't think I've ever made a bad purchase though.. maybe an old Fortron 500W Blue Storm II that I bought.. which I sold later on.. but I had no other choice. :D

1.Sega 32x (stepping stone for the Saturn).

2.Sega Saturn (Another failure which got totally blown away by the PS1).

3.Sega Dreamcast(Sega got it right with this but loyal hardcore fans had had enough hence the death of Sega's Inhouse Home division and almost the death of Sega alltogether. They only just survived)

4.Loads and loads of Cheetah Joysticks from the 1980's that were destroyed by playing Daley Thompson games/Track and field style. The constant "waggling" from left to right killed many many Joysticks Maybe there was some sort of conspiracy going on between these 2 devs. I know joysticks are peripherals but hey.

One of my Amiga 500s that i threw out of the bedroom Window all because it crashed (Guru Meditation-press left mouse button, remember that?)while playing F117 Steath Fighter just as i was landing on the runway after a mission on the the hardest difficulty. Thing is i then went downstairs into the garden and finished it off with a Lump hammer. I still have the 68000, Agnus, Denise and Paula chips from it somewhere.

Actually it wasnt the Amiga's fault it was me being a dick....17 years old and too much testosterone.:)
