Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull, who in the early 70s shared gigs with The Eagles, said he believed they borrowed some elements or chord sequences from this song for the hit Hotel California. Definitely see it in the beginning of this song:

As much as I love Hank, Robert Johnson is really the original blues man. His story is fascinating!
