In the second benchmark,or newer one I should say,I get 3242 while running it at high res.....in the read me there is a "rate ur pc for the game" chart in it,it tells you to go by the low res scores,but either way in low or high res,I get a good score according to it.
hmm...I only got 1800....any idea of what might be bringing me down? (I got 1580 with my old geforce2 mx440 64mb card.....I installed the geforce fx 5600 256mb card yesterday and barely 200 in performance increase...something is wierd here...) :/
I'm getting a max score of 2019 so far. I have a brand new 3.0ghz processor running at 800mhz side bus, 1gb ram, and I have no idea why it's giving me ****ty results. I have a geforce fx 5200 . . WHAT GIVES!? my friends geforce 4 ti4200 on his 2.0ghz gateway gets about 2600 on the same benchmark. -Shidoshi
Your graphics card sucks (No offense), and is a huge bottleneck to your system. His graphics card is pretty good, even by todays standards, and can make full use of his computer.
IT's okay, I got a 9600 a while back and sold my fx 5200 for $80, my benchmark for FF XI was about 5000 i believe
A 9600 wouldn't break 5000 fps. The highest I've reached with my 5900 was 5454. On high res of course. I didn't even bother with low res.
