It may not be like the original, the great, amazing original Prey. But PREY '17 is still awesome. So long as you remember to go in not expecting anything like the previous one. Arkane wanted to make a spiritual successor to System Shock 2, but were slapped with the Prey brand because ZeniMax had to use it so they didn't loose it.
Same... the cinematic teaser they put out for it was so cool... music choice 10 out of 10. I'm still kinda playing Prey '17 every now and then, haven't finished it, it's actually pretty fun.
What i didn t like about prey is how those spider thingy would appear out of nowhere and give u that sudden fright, other then that it has an amazing level design and atmosphere
That... was kind of the point. Being Mimics they were supposed to surprising, making you question the world around you. Felt it was done very well, and made you look closer at the items in a room as you entered.
I have played and liked quite a few games. But if I had to choose 1 that had pretty much the whole package for me..... it`d have to be DOOM III. Great sp campaign. For its time, sweet immersive visuals. Shiz scary. Atmosphere you could cut with a knife. I had to force myself to keep playing it. The only lacking thing bout that game for me (other than the flashlight mechanic ;p), would have to be the small environments/Level areas. Now I have played other great games, but there is/was always something or many things that pizz me off bout them. DOOM III.... I loved just going in as the Lone DOOM Guy. Cool!
Dragon Age: Origins Early Assassins Creed L.A Noire RDR2 Prey ('17) Kingdom Come: Deliverance Detroit: Become Human Yakuza0 Kotor 1&2 Jade Empire But my most fav is : Dying Light
Faster Than Light It's the only game I still play continuously and I've beat it hundreds of times on all difficulties and unlocked every achievement but I still play regularly throughout my week.
