or is it even possible

 

v8800 = 5870
v7800 = 5850
v5800 = 5770
v4800 = 5670
v3800 = 5570

I don't think any cards are based on the 5750. smile_gerard supposedly got mobility 5870 modded here (the post mite be one or two pages before than in the link) I'm waiting for more success stores till I get a 5xxx though.

Edit: Thinking about it some more it mite be possible to patch it as a v5800. The 5750 is almost the same as the 5770, it just has some stream processors cut off.

 

I know this is something different than what people wants to achieve here, but, its possible to install a FirePro driver on a 6870? I just want this because it seems that OpenGL version of FireGL doest give problems with modeling tools such as Modo.

Gaming Drivers causes hangs and crashes while FireGL people doesnt have any problems, Modo doesnt benefit from FireGL or Quadro.

 

OK New bid, 100 Euro from me for a fully working mod of newest driver! Also if there is anyone with the skills and time please make an offer, maybe I can raise more money..
