    Change the cable
check if your cpu is not at 100% and check temps of gpu and cpu

I did all these ways but the problem was not solved. This case appears randomly. For example, once it is good, once it has a definite sound

I use the same cable, but there is no difference and it happens randomly.
Sometimes I don't have this. It happens all at once. And most of the time it is very annoying

I had the exact same issue with my new Asus Tuft 6800xt. I don't know if you have tried the obvious but if you have undervolted or made any changes to the memory speed I would set them to default. Doing this seemed to resolve my issue completely. Worth a shot

  7. Have you tried creating a custom reduced-blank 4K resolution? I had several RX 580 GPUs from different vendors, and all of them had instability at 4K@60Hz over HDMI that would notably improve (but still not disappear entirely) with a CVT-RB resolution. PSUs, OS, motherboards, certified cables, nothing changed this situation aside from changing to a different GPU architecture (no problem on the same display and cables with a 1060, 3060, and 6600 XT).

Have you tried disabling MPO? Also what about trying a lower resolution?

    How should I change MPO?
The resolution of all games is in 4k native or fsr mode, changing the resolution did not solve this problem.

I noticed in the forums that most of them had the same thing with LG TVs. This is quite strange. The sound problem is not even on the oldest device. I don't know if AMD doesn't solve this problem

  14. Are you for sure changing the active resolution? I think Windows 10 keeps the native resolution for active and scales lower resolutions to that if you just change the resolution option from UWP settings, but this won't lower the signal bandwidth for lower resolutions. You would need to go under Advanced display settings -> Display adapter properties -> List All Modes, and then select something lower.

For MPO, go to this site, download mpo_disable.reg and run it: https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5157

It's on an NVIDIA page but MPO isn't vendor-specific, and some people have instability with it enabled on AMD.
