Any idea that when microsoft will release the "Xbox 360 Falcon"
They are slowly phasing it in over the next few months, some are already out there, but they are indistinguishable thus far until you actually power them on so there is no way to tell. Basically you won't know you have a Falcon until you turn the sob on. Elites (and Pros) obviously have a higher chance of being a Falcon simply because they are newer.
Is this the 90nm thing?
anyway, the "falcon" codenamed version of the 360 uses 65nm chips instead of the 90nm chips used in the previous models, reducing both heat and power consumption, and most likely also cost for microsoft due to the higher number of chips which can be extracted from a single wafer
The Falcon CPU is shipped with the X360 Halo 3 editions and as of now the Falcon will replace the current stock which is only good.
