I am looking over the instructions on the tutorial to soft mod - but the RivaTuner app v2.2 looks nothing like the tutorial.

I cannot find NVstrap adjustments - nor any input or PCI DeviceID settings.

I do not understand how I am supposed to softmod to quadro using the Rivatuner and the posted instructions.

    Am I missing something?

    please Help

Your post would be better suited to the Rivatuner forum

And FYI, the NvStrap driver can be found in the first customise drop-down arrow by where it says what graphics card you have...and the Low0level system settings.. You then click the ''NvStrap Driver'' tab at the top..

No, it´s not available on G92 and up GPU´s as I recon, that´s why it´s not there, don´t bother to try.
If you have G80 GPU it should be available.
I fiddled with the nvstrap settings like 2 to 3 hours but couldn´t bring it up anyway.

    greets

    Hi loop29,
Just to stop me from going crazy; you're saying that if I have a NVIDIA card with a G92 chip, then there's just no way to softmod it into a Quadro, right? Too bad, that would have speeded up my SolidWorks over 4x, according to the benchmarks.

Bummer, but if it is impossible, then I'll stop trying!
