Would a Geforce 545 2GB paired with a A.M.D. Phenom II X6 1045T be a good rig for older games?

    So I have a Phenom II X6 1045T and a Geforce 545 2GB lying around, and I was willing to play UT99, Sim City 4 and NFS Hot Pursuit Remake again on a powerful system from 2005-2010 (The X6 came out in 2010) but the big thing is a GPU, the 545 is not a good card for anything from 2013+ because of the lackluster clock and NFS Hot Pursuit Remake needs a more powerful GPU for it to run at 40FPS on High, but will this setup still be good?

    Except for UT99, only at 720p resolution.
