Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus

I know it's still early, but I'm hoping for some finer details (on this and Evil Within 2).

 

Looks great, unfortunately I found the gameplay of the last one really boring and generic so I'm hoping this one is better.

 

I dont think gameplay will change that much. So yes, if you didnt like the TNO you wont like this one too.

 

One question... Is there any grenades this time? Come up with some new gun types also. The laser was cool in the last game. How about a rail gun. Make the gun system like Doom's. That would be perfect!

I honestly cannot wait for this one to come out, they even made upgrades to the game engine as well.

Sorry, videos like that kind of stopped being funny a long time ago.
And, they really fall completely short given how Wolfenstein games today have turned out.

 

^ yeah I wasn't being exactly serious, TNO and TOB were great and surely TNC will be too, but I find that video quite funny.

Awesome. That is how you do a Season Pass, all campaign content. More story, more single player experiences.
Unlike DOOM's throw away season pass that was all MP... just pathetic.

 

This season pass nonsense is getting out of control.

I think it is lame (because a lot of this content is probably already developed), but the actual cost of these games has not necessarily increased. The original Wolfenstein 3D only included the first 3 episodes.....the Nocturnal Missions cost more and the total cost was $60 or $65 if I recall.

These games cost far more to create now and the price to me is basically the same. In 1992, a Cadillac cost $30,000 and now costs about double. The base game +DLC is usually about $75 or so now.

I don't really like the new model of DLC being announced before the base game is even out, but that is just how it is.

 

No but don't you get it? It's clearly not like Ye Good Old Days when games were all amazing and right first time and never needed physical reprint patches or complete re release dlc.

And I mean it's not like the artists need to work at all when they've finished the main work on the soon releasing game. It's not as if there's a development CYCLE that can overlap or anything

Trust me they just want your dollers so you can't eat, literally taking food from your children
