I just bought a wireless adapter from Cisco/Linksys AE2500. I got it working but there doesn't seem to be a client where I can see available networks. I also have a Netgear adapter but it has a software that I can see this. Similar to this

Does Cisco/Linksys have a software like this? I can't find it.

You don't need a separate application for that. Windows can actually do that itself.

What's wrong with the built in windows one? I've always found wifi vendors software to be clunky bloatware so just do drivers only normally. You could also use inssider.

Same here (you can often open .exe's with 7zp and just get the driver out of it as well if they don't give you "just" the driver).
