    Hey,

So my mom got this tablet, this is her second one cause of this issue.

It's an unknown brand YOURS wich is Dutch, but i think this issue is software related.

I got the tablet from her, and did a reset so her account is completely wiped + all data.
And now the issue came back with the Touchscreen, whenever i press, i see 2 cursors and they're out of place, so not where i'm touching.

The only way i can navigate is if i put my mouse into the tablet through an extension cable.

I currently have Windows 10 on it.

A quick google search suggests two mouse pointers can happen on Win 10 if there are two monitor drivers installed because it thinks you have two screens, or 'tablet mode' enabled/disabled in system settings can also cause this problem.

Ah i see, thanks i'll look into this.

This only happened cause i did a factory reset, still weird that this problem didn't go away.

That's really weird, have you installed all the Windows updates? Maybe there is an update which fixes it.

Yeah i think i did, not sure.

I'll look first at that tablet mode thing, as far as i could see windows only saw 1 display.

I'll have to charge that thing up first, i need to clear TPM crap first that i keep getting after a factory reset.
I can't get rid of it by using volume buttons wich it's suppose to do, so i'll have to use a keyboard.

What i was thinking is, it removes drivers that the display needs to function.
Cause i do a complete formatting of the disk, well not completely, it still holds Win 8.1 wich is it's stock OS.

Well touchscreen isn't even detected anymore, i can't even do a factory reset anymore as well.

In Device Manager i see lots of devices not being installed, windows update doesn't find anything either.

It's a long shot, but here are the drivers from my almost no name tablet (BUSH)

    Code:
    http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=78279702162556375090
Might get lucky if it has the same chipset/touch etc

I found out wich one i got by finding hardware ID, seems like it's an Windows 10 issue.

I'll try to make a bootable partition on my PC and see if i can boot to it with the tablet.
Probably not, my PC doesn't even recognize the tablet when i connect it with USB.

My Touch driver is: Silead KMDF HID Minidriver for Touch I2C Device, it's used in some cheap unknown tablets i noticed on google like Chuwi and Onda?

I googled around and tried like 3 or 4 different drivers but nothing works.

EDIT: Nvm, we're taking this piece of crap tablet back and get our money back.
I'll get an Onda tablet soon, same price and it's more known then this one lol.

I would recommend against getting an Onda, I've had the misfortune of using one before and half the operating system was in Chinese! The firmware updates on their website didn't work and broke the tablet, and the hardware inside looked like 10 year old tech. It looked ok in the glossy pictures on the internet but once you held it in your hands you could see and feel how cheap it was, not price wise though as I would say they are way overpriced for what you get.

Well we couldn't get a refund for the tablet lol, they said they're sending it back to their supplier, they will fix it with Windows 10 on it.

The moment i get it back, i'll disable updates, i'm pretty sure it'll happen again when it updates the touchscreen driver.
