Windows 8

    I just purchased an HP Envy X2 with Windows 8 and it is doing some very weird things. It will start jumping around from screen to screen and flashing and blinking and moving the pages without me touching it. I have tried to do the updates for HP and Win 8, but it is still doing it. It freezes up and the mouse pointer disappears also. One time I got an error message: KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR(Ntsf.sys) and another time the error message was: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. Does anyone have a fix for this??

    Return it to wherever you bought it.... Not worth trying to fix yourself.
