Anyone have this problem after upgrading to 8.1 as well? Not that many people report the issue, it's really annoying... It doesn't hang on reboot and shutdown, just takes very long... I have to manually shut off my PC... There's no reported fix, im hoping 8.2 will revert things back to normal...

Occasionally happens with me, not too often. Depends on what program I last had running and if it closed properly.

Boots and shut down fast here but I did clean install and not upgrade though.
