windows 7 laptop screen blacked out but externals all good

    hi there i just installed windows 7 on my mbp..... but whenever i start it up.... the laptop shows a blackscreen but when i connect to the external monitor, everything shows up.... the laptops screen is black no matter i connected it to an external monitor or not
