Windows 2000 problem....

    Well, ill be running my comp and windows 2000 will restart my comp for no reason <IMG SRC="smileys/dead.gif"> . Any ideas on what is wrong and how to fix it? <IMG SRC="smileys/confused.gif"> <br>

    384 Megs RAM<br>
    Voodoo5 5500<br>
    8 gig Western Digital HD<br>
    20 gig Western Digital HD<br>

  2. Well on your system properties, advanced tab, there is a Startup and recovery section. In there is an option for the computer to automatically reboot on system failures, see if that option is checked, then you any prograqms that die or crash you can have an option to debug them or just end them without your computer crappin out.

Now i crash back to Windows instead of restarting <IMG SRC="smileys/wink.gif"> ....lol......Ne ways, a few re-installations should fix that problem...THX ALOT!!!<br>
