    This is just insane

even tough its not supported CPU definetely no reason to be using 16 threads 100% all time
    on latest build

Almost as if, and I might be wrong here but almost as if the cpu isn't supported?

microsoft made it on purpose for your cpu to burn faster and you change it for a newer cpu that supports the system, it's a pact that MS made with AMD

ok does not support it but MS needs to screw up his hardware using 100%?
this seems like MS revenge since it doesn't support it, it will abuse and ruin cpu in a short time with bad cooler 100% burn faster

to force the person to buy cpu that support?

microsoft is nature's friend doing this burning cpu and spending a lot of energy to burn the unsupported cpu

do you agree with this attitude of MS?

will there be a lot of people suing MS because of this? I don't know if the process would be valid against MS in this case because it is an unsupported cpu I think it would not have legal validity

Go to the process tab and sort by CPU usage.
That way you can see what is spending so much CPU time.

It's using 100% of mine whenever I click anything like an application or browser.... System interrupt is taking up 100% of the CPU.

    Build 22000.194 Working fine here, Ryzen 5 1600 + B450 +16GB RAM, very smooth,
    don't blame Windows11.

Drivers need updating to Windows 11, hence the high CPU usage.

its normal for windows update to use a the cpu heavily while using DISM to check for update superscedence and viability.

almost as,, almost as if they intentionally let the cpu be used by something on background to make it unusable..

1700 is still very very powerfull cpu

if the search indexer is taking up 100% CPU it usually indicates something wrong with your Hdd/SSD Drives, I see you have loads one or more has problems IMO
