Windows 10 updated so many times do I need????

    Hi. I am sure this has been answered already somewhere, I cant find a 100% answer though. I have just done a re install keeping my programs and files etc. Windows installed what I guess are its own chipset drivers, should I leave them or install the drivers listed on the Asus motherboard website. I know some will say do the Asus ones, However these have not been updated on the Asus website since 24/04/20 for my Maximus X hero and even before my re install windows was asking me to do optional install of intel drivers. Thanks Guys and Girls

    After reinstalling Windows the first thing you always wanna do is get the latest chipset drivers. Get the latest for your mainboard.

    Hi. Thanks. so do i use the command setupchipset.exe -overall to make sure all the files are installed? thanks.

    Doing that with the Intel installer will force a uniform build onto your system. Just make sure you update your SATA drivers afterwards.
