I notice whenever you play a game in full screen, the secondary monitor you have flashes on/off like 6-7 times till if stabilizes.

Alt-tabbing out of a full screen game causes the same problem, repeated flashing of the secondary monitor.

Cloned one to my Elgato HD60, extended desktop to third monitor.

What happens if you set them all to extended to test if it's the specific setup you're running?

If they are all set to extended, zero issues.

If two monitors is cloned and one is extended, repeated flashes

Need to report the bug to NVIDIA then, it sounds like a driver issue

If it turns out to be a Win 10 issue, NVIDIA will no doubt work with MS to fix it
