windows 10 gfx card fans dont shut off

    r9 270x2 gb
    since i updated to windows 10 my gfx card will down clock when mon,
    turns off but fans still run unlike in 8.1 -7 when card shut down any one know what this is or how to fix

    Nvidia or amd? For nvidia if you change the power settings from adaptive to max performance, this behavior occurs. My fuess is something similar for AMD.

    This sounds like a problem with ULPS. Have you done anything to disable that? Can anyone else confirm ULPS works on 10 with AMD?

    if you have the latest crimson drivers then going back to 15.11 will fix it

    crimsons are broken everywhere

    it only do,s it in windows 10. installed .works fine on 8.1 and 7 with all diff drivers just win 10 it got problem with
