Trying to find out myself, very tempted to do it anyway, it is the same build number everyone is saying MS signed off as RTM, and their blog says there is no watermark any more

If the ESD Decryption key is the same as previous ones, if not we'll need to wait for the key to appear / decrypter to be updated :)

Yea updating will work fine if you do it through WU, you'd need to update to an older build first if running 8.1, I don't know if it will come to 8.1 through WU yet, just 10 insiders builds

But I can't decrypt the ESD to ISO without the decryption key, which is hidden somewhere in windows

I might be able to create an ISO after updating from WU, the ESD gets decrypted during the update

OK, got the new decryption key

    ISOs can be created now

Odd, I'm on the insider program and fast update setting, yet I'm not seeing the build appear? Any strange requirements for seeing it? Though, I would prefer ISO and do fresh install from that ;)

I'll probably just treat this ISO as the RTM, which it basically is anyway, and do a fresh install.

Downloading right now from Windows Update.

I'm not so sure if it will activate that way.

I didn't think it would. But a generic key should work. Then I should be able to use my official key once it is installed.

I would definitely do a clean install.
How would you claim your free upgrade on a clean install?

Gabe tweeted if you upgrade an existing activated build, it will remain activated

If you clean install, you can't activate as old builds keys no longer work with this build
