Thankyou, much better!... If I'm understanding you correctly, you should expect problems with Windows 10 Technical Preview. It's not designed to be used an an everyday OS, it should only be used by (as home users) enthusiasts who understand it will have serious issues and who actually report any issues back to Microsoft etc. It seems there has been a large number of people who aren't very good with computers install it and never report issues to Microsoft, they only ask on forums for solutions. Unless you are an enthusiast and are using this technical preview for its intended purpose, I recommend that you go back to Windows 8.1. The only Windows 10 people should be installing unless they are enthusiasts who know what they are doing and can cope with bugs and report them to Microsoft, is the release version of Windows 10.
