hi, Is anyone else experiencing an issue with their windows power plan being set to high performance by itself, never had this issue before 1809 got released, I've noticed at reboot or resuming from sleep mode that the power plan has changed from balanced to high performance.

Never had OS do it but I know some software alter power plan when it runs, like VR software and some games do it too.

When user switches power plan manually system writes an event with the source "UserModePowerService" and ID "12":
So you can go to Event Viewer, select "Windows Logs => System" and look for power plan related events.

Do you by any chance have vr? I've noticed some games would set my power plan to high performance. I just set it back after.
