ok after reading about this new file system I had a few question

1:can I say :say I move a game (world of Warcraft)from my ntfs to a newly created reFS ,will my intel rst complain in some way !
from the way people say on the web it seem write speed is double of normal ,so a game with lot of write would benefit but I don't want issue ,since I cant find lot of info on this early bird future next gen file system I taught I would ask here ?:bang:

Well, you made me go look up reFS.

It looks like reFS is actually a bit slower in some tests and a whole lot slower in other tests.

Here are a couple pages I found where people had done actual testing of NTFS vs reFS.

In any case, most games are NOT going to be doing much writing to the disk at all. It is going to be almost all reads.
