When I use WinAmp playing MP3s, the sound is choppy.
A few seconds of good sound, then it breaks up.
re there Winamp settings to change?
Athlon 850mhz, AC97 onboard sound

what priority are you giving winamp? just select properties and then options. it should tell you there. Since winamp ran fine on my p90 I think specs are not yet warrented. LOL

i would recomend setting the output to Microsoft Directsound, unless you have one of the mayor soundcards (Live, hercules centre, DMX & others)
