Hey everyone can I run Starcraft 2 Legacy of The Void?, here are my specs.

Processor: Intel Pentium 4 3.2 Extreme Edition
Graphics Card: ATI 4670 1gb AGP
    Memory: 4GB DDR400
    OS: Windows 7 32 bit
    Monitor: 1080 HD

I will be happy to be able to play 1vs1 or even archon mode if possible. I would also like to add I can play Diablo 3 great which has the same minimum system requirement as Starcraft 2 Legacy of The Void.

    Will my PC run LoTV?.

your cpu does not meet the minimum requirements .. minimum is a core 2 duo or athlon x2

but by all means give it a try if you can afford to lose the cash due to performance issues

A dual core is pushing the limit. I don't understand why Blizzard even recommends it. Quad or go home.

Diablo 3 runs great, will Starcraft 2 LoTV run the same?.

Archon mode looks like it is gonna be fun :).

Anyone here play the beta with a single core processor?.
And also I can't wait for the game to come out.

SC2 is poorly optimized game, Pentium 4 is old and bad cpu, i would not even try to run it.

Your might get away with HD 4600 that comes with i5 or i7 cpus, but your current setup won't run it, and even if it did, the fps will be very low and Kerrigan would probably won't survive :D

It should run okish when there are few units onscreen.

You should get the latest SC2 trial see how it runs on your system, then decide if you wanna buy

Good call, try out the trial first.

I have Starcraft 2 original and also the expansion which runs great also. What is the trial and where can I download it?.

If the trial is a benchmark for LoTV that would be awesome, can't wait to see if it runs on my PC.

    Thanks everyone.

I don't understand how you can say that. The game runs like utter unplayable **** even on a much more modern quad-core with 3 cores turned off.

Anyway that being said I don't think LoTV will be a playable experience.

Your graphic card however is enough for low settings.

I play the original Starcraft 2 and am able to play 1vs1, 2vs2 just fine, I get around 50 fps.

Anyone know where I can download the trial?, I don't know where to find it, is it LoTV trial?.

Starcraft 2 barely benefits by more than two cores/threads anyway, it's all about high single threaded performance

It sounds to me like the OP has a magical CPU.

OP: If the first two parts of the game ran fine for you, the third shouldn't be a problem. Although I find your claim to run the game at 50fps on a Pentium 4 suspect, especially considering a Phenom II can't do it on medium settings.

Both games run great and at around 50 fps. I can get at most 52fps in a 2vs2 game, my fps does go down to 25 lowest. I have all settings on low and my resolution is at the lowest.

I would really be happy if LoTV runs the same, 30 fps and above would be great.

Here is some other stuff I would like to add, my Pentium 4 is an Extreme Edition and it has 2mb level 3 cache and it is a very good processor, it helps out alot to have the 2mb level 3 cache. About the AMD processor, I have never had a PC with that processor but with my current PC Starcraft 2 runs great.

    1vs1 runs the greatest.

If you can genuinely run the first two titles fine, the third wont be an issue. It's an expansion after all, same engine, same visuals. There might be some minor upgrades, but that wont change multiplayer at all.

There's always the starter edition to try out if LoV will be a separate entry in the bnet client. If you already can run WoL, and are satisfied, the expansions will run too.

a statement like that is very, very misleading

My wifes laptop has an Intel i7-5500U, which is a dual-core processor, and can play starcraft (with AMD Radeon R9 M275 2GB graphics card) at highest settings and 1080p with no problem. I have not seen the actual FPS, because i have not needed to, its high enough that there would be no noticeable difference

Just played LoTV beta and it ran fine, 1vs1 ran smooth and that is good to me.

The game is so much fun I can't wait for it to come out :).
The new Tournament feature is new and very fun.

    Bye and thanks.
