I am trying to connect EZ-Robot controller to my computer running Windows 10 over WIFI but the controller won't connect to WIFI network. My notebook computers can connect to WIFI network. How can I fix the problem? EZ-Robot website: Smart Robot Controller (ez-robot.com)
A lot of hardware still only uses the 2.4 GHz wireless network or do not support certain security settings. I would ensure 2.4 GHz wireless is active and I would set a temporary password which is easy, like "test12345678" and try to connect again. It sounds crazy, but some devices have issues with special chars like ?!#%*@$ and others. Depending on if you messed with it before, I would do a factory reset just to be sure no messed up setting remains in memory. EDIT: Name your SSID something without special chars. Not even dots or underlines ...
