I just installed the latest nvidia drivers for my GTS 450 1GB , the screen is tearing , im getting laggy in games , fps drops , games crashing the whole 9 yards , then i go to check the 64 bit drivers in the main site on here and there is non supported.

Can someone link me to the oldest drivers possible for my card please?

Just go to Nvidia's website and click on download drivers, Select beta and archived drivers and search for the card and operating system you have and download which ever driver you want

MS never gave XP 64 much support nor did 3rd party vendors so that is that basically !

GTS450 was released in October...as a result, 260.89 is the oldest listed compatible driver. Can't exactly have drivers older than the card is.
