The following are popular in my country:

HP, lenovo, Asus, Dell, LG, Sony VAIO, Samsung, Fujitsu, Acer

What you people think about each of them? While on the outside all above brands might be popular and maybe instill trust, the true experience of customer service comes when there are problems and true image of brand gets exposed. So this question is more likely for people who experienced problems.

Please in your reply sort all 9 brands by numbers ranging from 1 (the best) to 9 (worst).

It would also be good if you would participate in poll i opened in this thread.

    Thanks.

I haven't voted as personally I've had little problem with any of my laptops over the years.

Currently have an Asus netbook which is superb, Dell XPS 1730m which is great and in the past i've had dell's, acer (rebranded as advent), toshiba and none have had any major issues.

All have had major bloatware on them when new but in terms of after market driver support dell and asus seem to be the best.

First you said you have not voted because you had little problem with your laptops over the years, then you said that you had no problems. Which is it?

Ive said no problems all the way.

I said all had bloatware (not a problem just a pain) and mentioned driver support is better on some that was all.

Medion is still the best bang for the buck.
