Yeah, pretty crappy, where are the 6200 and 6600 series?
    WTF option would be good.
    And GF 4 MX separately.

I haven´t ever had or heard about big problems with some special card series. But in Finland taht ****ing GainWard is selling/ had selled big numbers of 6800LE cards, and everyone of tham had been broken or severally damaged. (Memory powersuplly) And I also have one of them, now repaired but still it is broken and i will never again by GainWard. Also there has been some broken 6800LE´s from MSI.

Yeah, I know that the problem is not becouse of nVidia but still it is with 6800 sereis cards.

You can't change it? And remember to douple-check things that can't be changed.

I always thought that Gainward was the best brand avaible (BFG in USA&UK). My friend has gainward fx 5700. Well anyway, good to know. I'm not going for gainward though, too expensive. BTW AION, where are you from, I'm surpriced that someone knows something about things in Finland. Gainward was the first that brought 6800LE here, and it took more than two months before it got competition.

How come your 3dmark 05 score is so low? And 5900xt isn't slow, see my card. Can't run D3 800x600 noaa/af all details minimum.

    Most wanted (problems)

I think, it's the GF6 series causing most of the problems.
Myself owning a Gigabyte6600GT had some annoying problems.
Crashes at any futuremark benchmarks, reboot in NFSU and so on. By the way, DOOM3 was running realy fine at high resolutions and high quality.
First i thought its my power supply (coba400us) but now i know it must have been an old part of driver.
After reinstalling WinXP this card ran fine.

So I think, most of the problems are driver-based.

By reinstalling only use the standard vga-driver, afterwards you can install one of the newest (nonewhql) drivers. That should do it.

At last : Good luck to anyone, having problems in stability with his 6xxx.

Why isnt this thread locked yet? The only problem i see here is the users. The cards have no issues, the problems are caused because of the different setups and everyone blames the cards. If in the case you got a bad card when you opened the box or on your first install, return the card. If the card starts having issues or doesnt perform as you expect because you lack knowledge to OC properly being CPU or GPU dont complain, or because you dont knoe enough about how to properly install a card and give it its own molex etc etc... dont complain.

    /end rant.
