I think its acceptable , I like the concept of HDR too , makes it look realistic , runs smooth.
it will be released during r520 launch.
The lost coast is actually that program lost. Thats all in realtime u know, lmao.
Or valve have lost it.
The people who are disappointed with DoD:S will be disappointed with Lost Coast because "its just one level". The new DoD isn't disappointing, but theres some bugs that need fixin
what mess in css are you talking about.. since update.. gfx looks 3 time's better than b4
lol I remember how DOD:S was sitting in the "Coming Soon" list for over a year. Who knows how long the Lost Coast will be there for.
Valve = Slow.
how to add HDR to Call of Duty.
Use your Video out to connect your pc to a really cheap and nasty telly,
Set everything up in game so it looks ok, then crank up the Contrast on the telly to nearly full whack so that it causes a really bad BLOOMING effect and there you have HDR without the severe performance hit.
LoL , interesting idea , might give it a try...
HDR on Far Cry was a shoddy patch as was the 64-bit support.
It is nothing like coding a game from the ground up to be 64bit or to support HDR.
Im still reserved on how good HDR actually is. Ive got a good enough system to not worry about the performance hit, but sometimes i think it looks terrible. May just stick to AA.
Im waiting to see lost coast before I slag off HDR
HDR's not my bag baby!
Personally, I don't like HDR or bloom effects because they seem to take away from the sharpness and detail of the graphics. I just turn them off. Overhyped technology IMHO.
Very true, I think that it looks nice ... but not worth the hype.
i wouldnt go as far to say it looks nice, i think it looks abnormal i dont think ill ever enable it on future cards when playing games (my 9700pro wont be able to cut the mustard).
I personally only have bloom enabled. My frames still blow. Hopefully the new nVidia update helps with that.
