Newfie breakfast of champions? On topic, my favourite has been a tequila-lime and jalapeno hot sauce that wasn't especially potent, but the flavour was amazing.
Real men put Tabasco sauce on EVERYTHING. I always put Tabasco in my tomato juice. Yes yes... thread necromancy, but that's what happens when you link to it.
All this talk about hot sauces is sure wattering my mouth. And making me perspire! Siracha is so good with everything. I'll even cake my Whopper with it. Stuff is lethal even though it isn't THAT hot. I killed this giant spider that was crawling around a buddy's ceiling with it. We wiped just barely any on its abdomen and while I was trying to scoop a tad bit more on my toothpick, it fell. We inspected it only to find out it was way dead. It literally took 5 seconds.
If it's hot, I'll eat it. Occasionally, I'll make a dish for the family, put a dash of Tabasco or something for a bit of flavour, and the whole family is burning out, while I can't detect a hint of heat. Can't stand the taste of chillis, though. That and capsicums, cucumber, zucchini.
Also, not really a sauce, but I dump alot of cayenne pepper and ginger powder into my curries, makes em v spicy.
