whats the blinking box on the bottom of the screen?

    blinking box bottom left corner. what is it and is it using gpu or cpu power somehow and can i turn it off?

    my video i made for the gtx 1060 6gb btw;

    It's the indicator that video recording is active.
    This indicator won't hurt your GPU and CPU measurably, on the other side rendering the GUI of AB does have a minuscle impact.
    If you minimize MSI AB the whole GUI won't be rendered and won't impact GPU or CPU at all.

    Btw you can also define whether you want to capture OSD elements or not in screenshots or videos.
