I've asked the "Xtreme Music VS gamer" question here a while ago and the answers i got was i should get the one that was cheapest available for me :) . The technology is practically the same in both, BUT the Xtreme gamer card you mention is the one with Xram on it which should make it better i guess. Not that Xram is used that much in games though, it's your choice which one to get. Maybe someone else who know's more can help you more than I can.

If they are the same, get the gamer.

the music is much cheaper here tho, atleast it was when I got mine.

They are all the same basicly untill you get to the highest one, it has a few diffrent parts. The Xram as far as I have been told is just a gimmick and really doesnt do anything.

Huh? If they're the same price, get the Xtreme Gamer (I assume this is the Fatal1ty one right?)

Xtreme Gamer and Xtreme Music are the same. The Gamer is a little smaller. The Gamer Fatality is the same but with the useless RAM.

Xtreme Audio is the one you want to stay away from.

Indeed, but the XtremeGamer (NON Fatal1ty Pro) has no X-Ram, but the XtremeGamer Fatal1ty Pro does.

The specs of the X-Music and X-Gamer (Non Fatal) are the same.

The first time i saw the Xtreme Gamer i thought , "lol what's this crap?" "Not another Audigy SE again.." mostly because of it's size and looks. But it is a really wonderful card, I love it. Wonderful quality and it's definetely worth it's price. Personally i wouldn't buy the Fatality version, the idea of paying extra money for some junk "XRAM" that's barely used and the Wendel dude's face all over it is ridiculous.
Although there is one benefit with it, the non-fatality xtreme gamer hasn't got support for peripherals like remote and I/O-box ( external nor internal ) which may be an issue if you want a digital-out jack for digital speakers.
